Successful Trip for Cyber Security Company

InfoLab21 Associate Company, Styskin's Solutions has just returned from the UK Cyber Security Showcase Event hosted by The British Embassy Brussels.

Earlier this year the company were one of only 11 UK cyber security solutions providers chosen to give a presentation and to exhibit at the UK Cyber Security Showcase event hosted by the British Embassy in Brussels.

The event was organised by the Embassy's UK Trade and Investment team in conjunction with the Cyber group of the ICT KTN and the FCO Science and Innovation Network.

Ken Garner, Styskin's Solutions' Director of Business Development, says;

"To be one of only 11 UK based cyber security software developers chosen to present at this prestigious event was a significant opportunity for us and for our cyber security product SafeTok. Being an InfoLab21 Associate Company was a major factor in confirming our credentials as an innovative ICT company and establishing SafeTok as a state-of-the-art data protection solution for SMEs."

Tony Dyhouse from the ICT KTN said;

"The event was a great opportunity for the ICT KTN to showcase, in a major European capital, UK based cyber security products and expertise and, in particular, to recognise the support which is provided by organisations like the ICT KTN and Lancaster University's InfoLab21 to high-tech SMEs with innovative solutions such as SafeTok."

Ken includes InfoLab21 and the ICT KTN in the reasons for his company's success at the event;

"The event was a major success for us. We were able to meet and present to organisations and individuals who, as an SME, we would never have been able to meet in any other environment. The support we have had from InfoLab21, from the ICT KTN team and from the staff in the Brussels embassy all contributed to a very interesting, successful and highly productive day."
